Each week combines technique-based learning with strategies for classroom management and creative instruction. Students will build a foundation in essential ceramic processes—including wedging, pinch forming, coil and slab construction, solid sculpting, and wheel throwing—while also learning about kiln operation and firing procedures.
The course emphasizes the full cycle of the ceramic process, from making to glazing, and provides space for participants to create lesson plans tailored to their own teaching environments.
