Service Description

Learn how to decorate your clay in different ways in this 4 week course with KT Weyrich. This class meets 2 hours a week and includes up to 2 hours of open studio practice time per week. Methods such as sgraffito, mishima, and underglaze transfers will be demonstrated. Students are welcome to bring their own wheel-thrown or hand-built pieces to decorate. Students with no clay experience will be guided on how to make slab-built pieces to decorate, but surface design will be the main focus of the class. All materials and taxes are included in the course fee.
